Scheduler/call center: Quick response time, good communication, straight to the point. Quote was provided in the message, no calling required (I still called). No hidden deal/charges at the end of projects.

Technician (two persons): both polite, respectful and professional. They brought complete tool sets and got the job done. They also tidy up.

I had two projects:
1. Sink faucets replacement. (provide and install)
2. Bathtub unclog. (I live in a townhouse. The problem turned out to span across two floors. I am glad the technician was able to fix it)

United Plumbing was the second one with very clear rate and the same day service for my request with the potential problem. Actually I like this kind open and straightforward communication. However, I need giving the first responder a chance. I told United this fact, and they understood very well.
Because of the price, I didn't hire the first one. I called United again for an appointment. They gave me the EARLIEST time. Erik and Anto came on time and wore the shoe covers, which were very impressed. They are very full of energy and joy workers. After checked my toilet problem, both of them thought except wax ring problem, the flange was all rusted and broken. They gave me the explanation and went to buy supplies. The job went through very smoothly. After the job was done, I saw very nice and neat caulking Erik did. I like it, which is the best caulking so far. Also, he told me the caulking was not needed at back of the toilet bowl area as a window for leaking. Oh, with so many years, this is only one person told/did this. I consider this is correct way.
Erik and Anto are very knowledgeable, professional and Enthusiastic. I believe the toilet will be working well for further after Eric & Anto services. I highly recommend Erik & Anto at United Plumbing for your further plumbing jobs.

My plumbing issues were 1 weak water pressure and 2 foul smelling sink drain. This establishment came to me via word of mouth and I am so impressed by Umed's detailed work and Chinchin's responsiveness to scheduling the appointment. Umed cleaned the sink drain by detaching the pipes underneath the sink. He also taught me how to unscrew the showerhead to take to the store and find a better showerhead. I feel empowered now to DIY some tasks on my bathroom wishlist. This would not be possible without Umed showing me the ropes. He also showed me how to turn off the water for the sink, calling it "localized," where I don't have to turn off the water for the entire house. I feel even more empowered now to attempt upgrading my bathroom sink fixtures!

The service call is $145.00. The experience is priceless. Hopefully, this can be my first Mastercard commercial.

Same-day service to repair a clog that was occurring in the utility sink while running the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Alexander arrived on time after Oscar scheduled me in the morning. The final quote was a bit higher than the initial quote because Alexander had to physically get on the roof to snake out the clog from the main line. I appreciated them calling me to make sure that I knew what was going on prior to the repair.
Despite the unforeseen increased charge, Alex fixed the issue in a fast manner and also made sure to test his work while leaving the utility sink on for 5 minutes on full blast to make sure that the drain was completely clear. Alex also took the time to show me where the water shut off in the street was because we were new homeowners that have no idea how to actually maintain a home :)

United Plumbing was responsive and professional regarding a subject we knew little about. Our home required an entirely new sewage line, a two-way cleanout, city cleanout installation, and permits. They completed the entire physical project, from groundbreaking to pipeline and cleanout installations in just 12 hours. United Plumbing accomplished all this for a flat rate and made any necessary corrections at no extra charge. They also offered an 18-month, no-interest charge payment plan through a third-party bank, helping us spread out the cost of the project more effectively.

A leak developed in an old(er) ribbed copper feed line to our softener system. Amazingly, I discovered it just minutes after it started. I quelled it using the bypass/cutover valve but needed a quick fix to retain softened water. United Plumbing came in an hour or so (Alexander) and installed the hardware I purchased locally (to ensure I had exactly what was needed). Very swift and clean work by Alexander.
I'm very happy with the work, if a tad pricey. But I got a speedy job, which was key.
PS: Be wary of the ribbed copper feed lines. They can be bent to fit, but they aren't truly flexible. In an earthquake country, that can matter.

We were able to get a scheduled appointment in less than 24 hours; the whole garbage disposal installation (a unit we got for $99 from Costco) took about 30 minutes and Erik was just so fast and efficient; the service was affordable ($200 for the installation) and Erik was a great communicator. Definitely would use this service again!
